Fixes for Current Ipad Bug


A recent released version of the Ipad App have introduced a bug impacting data transfer to and from the PC and Ipad. This known bug affects Enlive Patient Forms version 3.7.2.

To see if your ipad is effected

Please goto Options (at the bottom left) of the app.
Scroll down to the very bottom to see your app version.
If your app version is 3.7.2 please update your app from the app store.
The fixed version is 3.7.4

To Update App To Latest Version

Open "App Store" and search for "Enlive"
Tap on the "Enlive Patient Forms" app and choose update. (The current fixed version is 3.7.4)
This will fix any patient forms going forward.

To Retrieve any prior patient forms from the iPad


In the Enlive Patient Forms App goto "Options"
Towards the bottom of the page goto "Patient Archive"
Select your patient and choose "Send to practice email"
This will email any paperwork to your office email and you can manually update your systems with it. Unfortunately the "send to practice software" will still not send over an importable version of the forms.
